这个定向构建将exon 1的编码序列替换为人类exon 1的编码序列，包含一个loxP位点、一个FRT标记的诺卡因抗性基因座、人类序列从exon 3到13，一个FLAG标签、小鼠3'端非翻译区、一个F3标记的普罗米休斯抗性基因座，再加一个loxP位点和polyadenylation序列。通过Flp介导的重组，两个选择性基因座都被去除了。（来源：J:219255）
