这个靶向构建替换了前22个氨基酸，用上了EGFP报告基因、IRES、诱导型Cre重组酶融合（cre/ERT2）、polyadenylation序列以及FRT引导的诺卡因抗性基因座。通过Flp介导的重组，选择性基因座被去除了。原位杂交证实了小肠、皮肤和肾脏中没有转录表达。(来源：J:212415)
