在 intron 3 中插入了一个floxed neo cassette，然后通过同源重组，将编码exon 4中外显子内含子的替代性剪接供体位点替换为串联的终止密码子（GTG, AGA 变为 TAG, TGA）。这样可以阻止短转录本的表达，但允许长转录本的表达，该长转录本编码两种异构体（deltaFosb 和 delta2deltaFosb）。随后，通过Cre介导的重组移除了neo cassette。（来源：J:220449）
