Tg(H-2K1-Lrp5/Fkbp1a,-luc*)#Dmps

The H-2Kb promoter drives expression of the cytoplasmic portion of Lrp5 fused to two tandem AP20187 drug binding domains for chemically induced dimerization and the click beetle red-shifted luciferase gene. qRT-PCR confirmed expression of the transgene in multiple tissues of adults, with highest expression in the pancreas, followed by testes, mammary gland, spleen and prostate.
