这个靶向构建包含在内1号 intron 中插入的 loxP 立场，以及在2号 intron 内插入的序列：loxP2 - 反转 FRT1 - loxP1 - FRT2 - 反转诺卡因Cas9酶 - 反转 FRT1 - 反转 Syt9 编码序列 - 反转 loxP1 - 反转 loxP2 - FRT2。已发现整合到等位基因中的Syt9 cDNA（预期作为条件敲入发挥作用）功能无效。由于Syt9 cDNA的大小以及潜在的隐蔽剪接捐赠和接受位点，由FRT1介导的FLP重组驱动的条件性Syt9敲入策略无法正常工作。（来源：J:243718）
