Yap1^{tm1c(KOMP)Mbp}

This conditional allele, in which exon 1 is flanked by loxP sequences, was derived from Yap1tm1a(KOMP)Mbp by flp recombinase-mediated excision of the lacZ reporter and the neomycin resistance cassette. Cre recombinase expression will result in a knockout mouse.
