经卵鼠胚胎移植的受精卵中，加入了来源于HyHEL10浆细胞瘤细胞系的重组重链和轻链基因构建，该细胞系能产生针对鸡溶素（通常称为鸡卵溶素，HEL）的高亲和力抗体。重链的变异区段与来自BALB/c源浆细胞瘤的基因组DNA片段相连，包含Ighm开关区、IGH-mu恒定区的前四个外显子、一个Ighm/Ighd的M1融合外显子以及Ighm的M2外显子和3'端DNA。M1外显子，编码外膜区、跨膜域和短细胞质尾，其IGH-Cmu的外膜区序列已被IGHd的序列替换。轻链的变异区段与Igk恒定区和Igka所有型的3'端DNA片段的基因组DNA片段相接。每个构建都在V区段上游的启动子调控下表达。（文献引用：J:78308, J:104190, J:211176）
