This ENU induced mutation has been identified as a T-to-C transition in exon 2, at nucleotide position 237 of the cDNA sequence (transcript Drd2-201; ENSMUST00000075764), resulting in replacement of isoleucine by threonine at amino acid position 48 of the protein (I48T). (J:104190)
