在exon 2的上游插入了一个loxP位点。下游的exon 8之后插入了一个带有5' loxP的FRT引导的诺卡因抗性基因座，同样包含一个loxP位点。通过Flp介导的重组移除了选择性基因座，使得exons 2到8都被去除了(来源：J:204591)
