靶向载体设计为在exon 2上游插入一个loxP位点，接着是含frt标签的诺卡因抗性（neo）基因座，然后在exon 2下游再增加一个loxP位点。通过与Tg(CMV-cre)1Cgn小鼠杂交，产生了突变小鼠，以去除包括exon 2在内的含loxP的区域。（来源：J:207523）
