Mouse Klf3 cDNA tagged with human c-myc at the N terminal end is driven by the mouse Cd19 promoter. Mulitple lines were generated, however, data is from lines 2 and 23, which had indistinguishable phenotypes. Line 2 carries two copies of the transgene.
