TALEN targeting of exon 15 for homologous recombination with a synthetic oligodeoxynucleotide induced a point mutation (C to G) that results in the amino acid substitution of glycine for arginine at position 513 (R513G). Founder F29 contains the intended point mutation and an additional G to A nucleotide substituion within the TALEN-Fus15B targeting sequence. (J:201579)
