Tg(Krt17-EGFP)#Cou

The transgenic construct contains a mouse Krt17 promoter that includes approximately 1970 bp-long 5' upstream region (corresponding to the entire intergenic region between Krt17 and Krt42 (K17n)), an EGFP reporter, and an SV40 poly A signal. Lines 1 and 2 were generated. Line 1 has stronger expression, but a lower copy number, in other respects both lines behave identically. This is a representative record for both lines. (J:206717)
