为了制作Adipoq-cre/Esr1的BAC转基因小鼠，我们通过改造了245kb的RP23-90G21BAC，这个BAC包含了至少五种鼠基因。我们替换掉了adiponectin基因的起始ATG和222bp序列，加入了cre/ERT、cre重组酶以及雌激素受体1（小鼠）的融合基因。这个修改后的BAC转基因被注入了129鼠的成熟卵子中。随后建立了第一个克隆系（J:206506）。
