在exon 1上游插入了loxP位点，下游则插入了FRT引导的neo cassette和另一个loxP位点。通过Cre介导的重组，去除了exon 1和neo cassette。RT-PCR确认了在21天大的纯合小鼠心脏中，exon 1包含的转录本已丢失。(来源：J:203454)
