将一段人类CD4-IRES-cre序列，带有终止密码，插入BAC（RP23446D10）中Ccl19基因的起始密码子（ATG）处的exon 1。邻近Ccl19的Ccl21b基因通过插入人类CD8基因到第一个exon，被打乱。生成了7个杂交品系，通过与R26-EYFP标记小鼠杂交进行筛选。其中7个品系中有2个表现出相似的成纤维细胞特异性转录基因表达，第1个杂交品系被选作后续所有研究的模板。（来源：J:203158）
