通过同源重组技术，将cre/ERT2-IRES-EGFP-polyA-Frt-neo-Frt的 cassette插入到了Dclk1基因的第二个外显子起始密码子（ATG）之后的区域。在建立了生殖细胞遗传后，这个neo cassette在实验小鼠中通过与表达Flp的突变体杂交的方式在体内被剔除。（来源：J:193873）
