设计了一个靶向载体，包含内源性核糖体进入位点（IRES）、ChR2(H134R)-EYFP融合基因以及一个自我剔除的neo cassette ACNF，位于嗅觉受体160基因下游。neo cassette被剔除了。只有表达特定嗅觉受体M72的嗅觉感觉神经元（OSN）会表达ChR2(H134R)-EYFP，使其对光敏感。（来源：J:240731）
