从第3号外显子到第8号外显子被替换为相应的野生型序列，带有C端的FLAG标签(6Y-FLAG)，一个FRT引导的neo cassette，一个loxP位点，以及六种免疫受体酪氨酸激活基序(ITAM)被替换为苯丙氨酸的序列，后面跟着C端的Myc标签(6F-Myc)。通过Cre介导的重组，6Y-FLAG标签和neo cassette被去除，而6F-Myc标签保持不变。(来源：J:192915)
