Tyrosinase微型基因包含小鼠Tyr增强子区域(623bp)，启动子区域(657bp)以及1566bp的cDNA序列(包括终止密码子)。微型基因后面跟着一个内部核糖体进入位点（IRES），所有三种阅读框都以3xATG结尾，接着是一个人工剪接捐赠序列和LoxP位点。通过反向PCR分析，发现病毒整合位点位于17号染色体Fance基因的第8内含子中。3'-LTR与DNA的+(+)链相连接，位置在28,458,210bp [NCB137/mm9; 3'-28,458,210(+)]。 (来源：J:251511)
