通过RedE/T重组，将一个带有floxed neo基因的cre/ERT2载体插入到含有Cx3cr1定位区的BAC中，替换了Cx3cr1编码外显子。经过定向的ES细胞与8细胞胚胎聚合后产生了嵌合体。这些嵌合体再与C57BL/6小鼠进行回交。neo基因随后通过与cre敲除纯合品系(Tg(Pgk1-cre)1Lni)杂交来剔除。(来源：J:193038)
