在46号外显子上游插入了带有floxed neo cassette的序列，47号外显子被修改的人类47号外显子替换，这个新的人类47号外显子包含114个CAA重复，间断以4个CAA单位。在重复区域的两侧插入了splice site变异，阻止了MPc和MPII亚型的产生。通过Cre介导的重组，去除了floxed neo cassette。定量RT-PCR结果显示，野生型和纯合突变小鼠的 cerebellum 中转录本表达水平相似。对小鼠 cerebellum 的cDNA测序确认了纯合个体中MPc和MPII亚型的缺失。(来源：J:190729)
