在exon 1上游插入了loxP位点，然后在exon 1下游插入了一个带有5' loxP的FRT引导的neo cassette。通过Flp介导的重组移除了neo cassette，而cre介导的重组则去除了exon 1。 Western blot结果显示，小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞中没有蛋白质表达(来源：J:191659)。
