在exon 1上游插入了一个loxP位点，同时在intron 2内插入了FRT/loxP引导的诺卡因载体。通过与表达flp重组酶的转基因小鼠杂交，目标基因被精确地剔除了诺卡因选择性元件，保留了exons 1和2，这两端都带有loxP标记。随后，表达flp的转基因小鼠被繁殖掉。（来源：J:190168）
