整个开放阅读框，由单一外显子编码，被替换为一个EGFPf-2A-FLP-ACN构建。Farnesyl化的EGFP（EGFPf）通过牛痘病毒2A肽（FMDV 2A或F2A）序列与FLPo（优化的FLP重组酶）连接，然后与自我剪接的loxP引导的polymerase II启动子-neomycin抗性 cassette（ACN）连接。通过Cre介导的重组，删除了neo cassette。（来源：J:194547）
