Tg(BCL2/IGH)#Jcre

A human genomic BCL2/IGH fusion minigene was used for the transgene. This construct represents a translocation mutation, t(14:18), found in human follicular B cell lymphomas. Line 2 (expression preferentially in the spleen, lymph nodes and thymus) and 6 (expression preferentially in the thymus, lymph node and spleen) were generated.
