设计了一个靶向载体，用于替换Tcf21（也称capsulin或epicardin）转录因子21的第1外显子，通过插入mercremer蛋白，后面跟着Frt标记的neo cassette。载体两侧带有经过突变的雌激素受体（mer）配体结合域的Cre重组酶cDNA序列。通过Flp介导的重组会删除neo cassette。来源：(J:188837)
