在Foxg1编码序列的首尾插入了LoxP位点。此外，还在下游的LoxP位点3'端插入了Flpe基因，位于内源基因的3'末端。通过Flp介导的重组，邻近的含Frt的氨苄青霉素抗性筛选 cassette被去除了。当Cre介导的重组发生时，Flpe在这个位点上表达。(来源：J:188355)
