This transgene consists of E2 coding fragment of HPV11 under control of the human Ubiquitin C promoter. Nine transgenic founder mice were obtained. Of these three representative lines were analyzed in more detail . Line 613 is a representative of all transgenic founders. All organs examined expressed the transgene at similar levels by RT-PCR. By western blot, protein product was expressed in the skin. A similar transcription pattern was observed in all transgenic founder lines studied. (J:130233)
