在启动子编码序列上游插入了一个带有puro/STOP cassette的转基因元件。第9外显子被替换为一个，其中的核苷酸变异导致第545位氨基酸由赖氨酸替换为谷氨酸（E545K）。通过Flp介导的重组，去除了位于第9内含子内的floxed neo cassette。要表达敲入等位基因，需要依赖Cre介导的重组。(来源：J:186709)
