在exon 2上游插入了loxP位点和带有FRt标签的neo cassette，通过同源重组，又在exon 3下游插入了loxP位点。同源重组通过重组酶作用去除了neo cassette和exons 2、3。RT-PCR结果显示，纯合小鼠中mRNA表达显著减少。(来源：J:183290)
