Gt(ROSA)26Sor^{tm1.1(Maml1/EGFP)Hri}

Homologous recombination in E14 ES cells introduced a dominant negative Mastermind-like 1/EGFP fusion sequence ((Maml1/EGFP) into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus. An Frt-flanked neo cassette was also introduced with the targeting construct, and was subsequently deleted from germline chimeras by breeding them with Flpe-expressing mice. The dnMaml1 fusion protein is a potent inhibitor of the 4 mammalian Notch receptors. (J:184814)
