设计了一种靶向载体，包含一个loxP序列后面跟着frt引导的诺卡因(neo)抗性基因座，该基因座位于启动子区域和外显子1上游，以及外显子1下游的另一个loxP位点。通过Flp介导的重组，去除了neo基因座，使得外显子1成为可删除的。(来源：J:184670)
