这个等位基因的构建使用了含有PGK-Neo筛选元件的loxP/FRT位点导向载体。这个筛选元件被插入到目标基因的第二个外显子上游，然后在第四外显子下游插入了另一个loxP位点。通过Flp介导的重组，neo cassette被移除。(来源：J:183006)
