一段经过修改的全长小鼠Sox6基因，其C端添加了人类MYC标签，被克隆到了pEFneo载体的下游，这个载体带有人类真核延伸因子1α1启动子。通过Northern blot和Western blot实验，用Sox6基因探针检测和用MYC抗体检测，我们发现1号品系的小鼠在肝、肌肉和T淋巴细胞中，外源基因产生的mRNA和蛋白质表达量分别是野生型小鼠内源基因的5倍。（来源：J:181312）
