通过同源重组，将一个floxed倒置的MC1-neo cassette插入到exon 6上游，然后在exon 7下游插入了一个loxP位点。通过Cre介导的重组，去除了neo cassette和6、7号外显子。 Western blot结果显示，这个等位基因不表达全长蛋白，但检测到了C端片段的表达。(来源：J:181294)
