这个转基因载体包含人RAMP1的cDNA，由CX1启动子调控，CX1启动子是鸡β-actin启动子和CMV增强子的融合产物。载体中插入了RAMP1 cDNA，之后跟着eGFP基因，它被两个loxP位点夹在中间（位于RAMP1上游），并带有β-actin内含子和牛β-珠蛋白的polyadenylation信号。CX1能驱动eGFP的普遍表达，但不表达RAMP1，因为eGFP基因序列中包含终止密码子和polyadenylation信号。只有通过Cre介导的loxP位点上的GFP-stop序列去除后，RAMP1才会开始表达。（来源：J:120077）
