在exon 2上游插入了loxP位点，接着在exon 5下游插入了一个带有5' loxP的FRT引导的neo cassette。通过Cre介导的重组，去除了2到5号外显子以及FRT引导的neo cassette。对表皮角质细胞提取物进行RT-PCR确认了转录表达的缺失。(来源：J:178967)
