这个SIRT2-Tg flox-STOP-flox构建是为了在5'到3'的位置插入FRT序列、CMV-IE增强子/鸡β-actin/兔β-globin融合启动子（CAG，来自pCAGGS载体）、一个含loxP标签的转录终止子、小鼠Sirt2基因的cDNA序列，以及一个介于PGK和hygro之间的polyA-PGK-hygro序列（其中PGK和hygro之间还有一个FRT位点），所有这些元件都被插入到小鼠胶原蛋白A1（Col1a1）基因的3'非编码区。（来源：J:177468）
