Mapk14^{tm3.1(Mapk11)Nbr}

A cDNA for Mapk11 and a floxed neo cassette were inserted in frame after the ATG codon in exon 1 replacing the rest of exon 1 and part of intron 1. Cre mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. RT-PCR analysis confirmed the expression in all tissues examined (brain, liver, spleen, colon, heart, muscle, kidney, and liver). (J:176023)
