在exon 11的上游插入了loxP位点，通过同源重组，将一个含floxed neo cassette的突变型exon 11（去除了49个RING区域编码的氨基酸）以及野生型exon 11一起插入到exon 11的下游。随后，通过Cre介导的重组，去除了内源性的exon 11和neo cassette，保留了修改后的exon 11。来源：(J:174368)
