Tg(Pcp2-TBP*)69Hmhl

This transgene consists of the full-length human TATA box binding protein, TBP, with the 36 CAA/CAG repeat region expanded to 109 repeats under the control of the mouse Pcp2 promoter. A copy number of 10-20 is seen for line 69. Expression of the transgene occurs mainly in the cerebellum and brainstem, and at lower levels in cortex and hippocampus. (J:174239)
