在第21外显子上游插入了loxP位点。在第21外显子下游插入了一个FRT标记的neo cassette，带有3'的loxP位点。通过Cre介导的重组，去除了第21外显子和neo cassette。在纯合子小鼠中未检测到野生型蛋白，但通过western blot分析检测到了分子量较低的突变蛋白。(来源：J:198768, J:204162)
