The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 749bp between positions 135093108-135093856 of Chromosome 5 (Build GRCm39). Droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) analysis confirmed that Dnajc30 expression was severely reduced in homozygous mutant mice. (J:136110, J:266469)
