RMCE替换了Gt(ROSA)26Sortm1Dwir中的floxed luciferase基因，用SV40 T-Ag病毒J区的73热休克蛋白捕获N端倒置融合蛋白(cT77)取代。融合蛋白包含108个卵白素片段(246-353，第258位由异亮氨酸替换为缬氨酸)，带有经过验证的Kb和Ad/b的结合位点(专一性识别OT-I或OT-II/D011 TCR)，以及eGFP报告基因。实现融合蛋白表达需要通过Cre介导的重组。(来源：J:173806)
