BAC RP23-229L12 was modified by inserting a Kozak-cre/ERT2-polyA in place of the ATG codon in exon 1 of the Sox9 open reading frame. The purified construct was injected into the pronuclei of fertilized CB6F2 oocytes. (J:170126)
