A transcriptional terminator cassette containing two polyadenylation signals in the sense orientation and three in the antisense orientation was inserted together with a floxed neomycin selection cassette 251 bp downstream of the Ig3 exon. The selection cassette was subsequently removed by cre mediated excison. (J:171251)
