在第12外显子上游插入了loxP位点。在第12外显子下游插入了一个带有5' loxP的FRT引导的neo cassette。通过Flp介导的重组移除了neo cassette。随后，Cre介导的重组去除了第12外显子，从而敲除了长剪接变异。通过 Western blot 分析确认了长形式的缺失以及短形式的表达。(来源：J:170494)
