设计了一种靶向载体，其在前串联一个loxP位点，接着是核前体膜相关因子样(Narfl或Iop1)基因的exon 1下游的frt标记的诺卡因抗性(neo)基因元件，然后是一个在Narfl或Iop1基因exon 1下游的第二个loxP位点。通过Flp介导的重组，去除了neo基因元件。(来源：J:170523)
