在BAC RP23-292B23，包含完整Trpv1基因座的转基因中，通过在第一个外显子的ATG位点插入包含改良cre(icre)和FRT引导的氨苄青霉素抗性基因的磁带，实现了对Trpv1基因的改造。随后，通过Flp表达去除BAC构建中的氨苄青霉素基因。纯化的BAC被注入小鼠卵母细胞的核中。(来源：J:167752)
